Hops are excellent for relaxation and sleep. These hops were gifted to me by a friend and used to make a tincture to help induce sleep! Gentle enough for daily use, and non-habit forming unlike some other herbal options. All tinctures are made in bulk immediately after harvesting.
How to take:
Take 1/2 to 1 dropper in 1 tablespoon of water 30 minutes before bed. Notice how you feel to adjust dose to your personal needs (some people may find they like more or less tincture for a restful night’s sleep.)
